Delete your account in the app
- Open Spark and tap your badge in the top-right corner to open Settings.
- Go to Your data. Export a copy first if you want to keep anything.
- Tap Delete account and confirm with the code we email you.
Your account is deleted straight away.
What is deleted
- Your account, email address and name
- Your habits, check-ins, streaks and badges
- Your Circle connections, shared habits, cheers, nudges and invite code
- Account history saved in Spark on that iPhone
Deleted data is removed from our live systems immediately and from backups within 30 days. We only keep what the law requires, such as records of paid subscriptions.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel Spark Pro. Cancel it on your iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, before or after deleting your account.
Can’t open the app?
Email info@sparkhabitapp.com from the address you use for Spark with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it’s you and delete your account within 30 days.
